I.C.E. – Independent Creative Exchange ("I.C.E.", "we"), a sole proprietorship of Mohit Soni, runs icecreative.in and organises Midnight Mirage 2027 at La Nature Hotels & Resorts, Harsh Road, Sikar, Rajasthan. Our office is at Basu Opticals, 1st Floor, Station Road, Sikar, Rajasthan 332001, India.
This notice explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, our WhatsApp and phone enquiries, and event bookings.
02What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the call sheet, book on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we receive what you share: typically your name, phone number, the project or booking you are asking about, dates, budget and any message.
Booking and entry information. For Midnight Mirage 2027 we record the pass category, number of guests and payment status. At entry we check an original government photo ID to confirm identity and age, as required by the Event Terms & Conditions. We do not keep copies of ID documents unless the law requires it.
Event photos and video. The event is photographed and filmed, and you may appear in general crowd footage (see section 13 of the Event Terms & Conditions).
Forms on this website. When you join the Midnight Mirage guest list or send a call sheet, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, what you are interested in and any message you write. We also record which page and source brought you to us (for example a Google search, an Instagram ad or a poster QR code), so we know which promotions work. Form submissions are stored securely with our website host, Netlify.
Cookies and analytics. Only if you tap "Accept" on the cookie bar, we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits, see how people find the site (including searches on Google) and measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. These tools set cookies and receive technical data such as your IP address, device and pages viewed, under their own privacy policies. If you tap "Decline", they are not loaded. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
03How we use it
To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes; to take, confirm and manage bookings and payments; to verify age and identity at entry and at bar counters; to run the event safely and handle complaints; to meet legal, tax and licensing obligations; and, for event footage, to document and promote I.C.E. events.
We will only send you marketing messages (event announcements, offers and invitations to future I.C.E. events) by WhatsApp, SMS or email if you ticked the opt-in box on our form or otherwise agreed. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing us, and we will stop within 7 days.
04Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver the service: with La Nature Hotels & Resorts for Stay & Party bookings and venue operations; with Google and Meta, only for the analytics and ad measurement described above and only if you accepted cookies; with our payment gateway partner (such as Razorpay or HDFC Bank), which processes your payment (we never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login details); with security staff at the event; and with authorities where the law requires.
Messages you send on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. This website is hosted by Netlify and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receive standard technical data (such as your IP address) when the page loads.
05How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and for any period required by tax or other law. If you opted in to marketing, we keep your name and contact details for that purpose until you opt out. Event footage used for promotion may be kept longer.
06Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, withdraw consent you have given, and raise a grievance with us. To do so, contact our Grievance Officer using the details below; we acknowledge requests within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
