01What we deliver
I.C.E. sells event passes and services. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
02How you receive your pass
After a successful payment, your booking confirmation, with your booking reference, the pass type and the number of guests, is sent to the mobile number (by SMS or WhatsApp) and/or email address you gave at checkout, within 24 hours of payment.
If you have not received it within 24 hours, contact us at +91 75970 11616 or engage.mohit@gmail.com with your payment ID.
03Using your pass
Show your booking confirmation together with an original government photo ID at the entry gate at La Nature Hotels & Resorts, Sikar, on 31 December 2026 from 8 PM. You will receive an event wristband after verification. Every guest named on a booking must meet the 18+ age rule.
04Stay & Party packages
Stay & Party packages are sold, confirmed and billed by La Nature Hotels & Resorts. The hotel sends the room details, check-in and check-out times and meal plan, and provides the accommodation under its hotel rules. Party entry for package guests is organised by I.C.E.
05Production services
Delivery timelines for production work (edits, files, footage) are agreed in the written quote or agreement for each project.
