Who can attend?
Only guests aged 18 and above on 31 December 2026. Children and teenagers are not allowed inside the event area, even with parents. Every guest must carry an original government photo ID showing their date of birth.
Who will be served alcohol?
Only guests aged 21 and above, from 9:00 PM to 12:30 AM. ID may be checked again at the bar. Outside alcohol is not allowed.
What time do doors open and when does the party end?
Doors open at 8:00 PM for pass holders and Stay & Party guests. The event ends at 12:30 AM.
Is there parking?
Yes. Valet parking is available, with security guards at the parking area.
Is the food vegetarian?
Yes. The multi-cuisine buffet is vegetarian. If you have allergies or dietary needs, tell us when you book.
What should I wear?
The theme is a masquerade. Black outfits, formal or elegant evening wear and a mask are encouraged. Costumes that hide your face during ID checks may be asked to come off at entry.
How will I receive my pass?
After payment, your booking confirmation with a booking reference reaches your phone (SMS or WhatsApp) or email within 24 hours. Show it with your photo ID at the gate to get your wristband.
Can I leave and come back in?
Re-entry is allowed only with permission from event security, after checking your ID and wristband, and may be restricted late in the night.
I'm staying at La Nature. When can I check in?
Stay & Party guests can check in from 2:00 PM on 31 December. The room part of the package is booked and confirmed by La Nature Hotels & Resorts.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
No. All passes are non-refundable once purchased, except where the law requires a refund, for example if the event is cancelled. Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
